The game is glitching when you try to choose energy or coins for your bi-daily rewwards. Once you choose, it tells you it cannot complete the purchase and to reload. It loops on that after that.
There is also something happening with the energy. Several days last week the energy did not refresh and the game could not be played unless I wanted to spend coins to add energy.
Please fix.

Very frustrating to me as well. It has been days of this glitch in the system. I am having the same problems as the rest. Although when I first open Merge for the day, it shows 100 lightning bolts, so I think, "Great the glitch is fixed!" However this is the second morning after trying to collect from the garbage can and returning to the game board, Merge only shows 20 lightning bolts--when none have been used.
Please Fix the Problem!
I've been having the problem all week too, please correct and imburse us for the losses. In addition to not being awarded earned rewards, accumulated energy frequently resets to zero. losing accumulated energy.

I have chatted with the same issue that all works on chapter 9 and 10 until you get to the bonus, the first two collects until you go to the trash can and it freezes and tells you it can not save and to try again, try again, then either reload or quit the game. Can not go further and collect any of the other bonus's. Ticking me off, they wanted me to try a different browser. This has worked all the way through until level 9 of chapter two. He said he would check with his team. Still not fixed. Getting fed up with this lack of help. fix it!
