Merge Academy

I've have an issue where I can't advance past Chapter 2 Chest #6. I have over 8818 purple gems.

Kindly advise how I fix this issue. Thank you.

Blank screen
Why are half the games I play not loading? It is just blue screen. Some days they work, some days they do not. It makes it a bit difficult to play games that have days or hours to meet goal.
