Merge Academy
The items on my board that usually only take an hour to replenish says 12 hours. Is anyone else having this issue?

no but the stuff like the the starred mushrooms and the pretty rocket brooms after the last ones that are at maxed level will not merge and the book pot and science pot with will not go to it's level. I cannot get a hold of anyone on live chat.
EA Help not being able to assist you would likely be because this is not a sitewide issue. Could you please provide the following information:
- Upload a screenshot of the pots you are trying to merge together
- Pogo username
- What operating Device (i.e. Computer/Phone)
- Browser being used
- Any error messages you may be seeing.
I talked to someone live chat and they said there is no fix yet again and other people are having these same problems, I do not know how to do a screen shot

Pogo username should be team2blonde1964 or sharonjarvis.I am using laptop with chrome. There are no error messages, they just do not merge.
Look in file 2, in the storage there is the pretty high tech brooms but they will not merge to go to next level. The storage is saying there is something in there that merges out of the closet, I cannot find it.
merge 1 has several merging issues. Majestic Cauldren level will not go to next level, Floating Tomes level 7 will not no to next level.
Family Gnome Houses will not merge.

High Tech Broom: The exclamation mark on your closet is not an alert for you to merge the high-tech brooms, it is already at its max level.
On your board the high-tech broom is in a green square, this tells me you have a customer waiting for the high-tech broom and this part of the order is ready to go for the customer. The exclamation mark on your closet is just to let you know that you do not have to make another high-tech broom because you have one in the closet ready to go.
✅ Finish filling the customer's order with the high-tech broom and the exclamation mark will disappear (unless you have another customer that needs a high-tech broom)- you are correct in saying there is nothing in your closet that needs to be merged with anything you have on the board as of yet.
Majestic Cauldron & Floating Tomes and Family Gnome House
I shared the link to the Merge Academy Generator Guide in one of your other postings.
Majestic Cauldron (yellow pot) this is the highest level it will go at this time.
Floating Tomes this is also the highest level, no other at this time.
Family Gnome House is also the highest level, no other at this time.
✅ The blanks or unknown you see after are for future development - not yet released or developed within the game yet.
The game does allow us to have multiple(s) of the same generator, so we are able to make it all over again to its max level.
Therefore, with the Majestic Cauldron, Floating Tomes and Family Gnome House cannot be merged any further at this time - they have reached their max levels.
