Missing Pottery wheel in the Merge coal mine

With the issues in the coal mine we had with the game restarting my pottery wheel is missing. I am not able to complete the orders.

In the treasure trove, I sold my first item and it sold it but the picture is still there and it won't move on to the next selling item. Has anyone else had this issue happen, I left it all day and tried reopening browser but it did not help. Thank you for any help you can supply.

well I don't know who is supposed to help here, but no help has come and i did make a report but now that report seems to be missing. Why do I pay to play again???? Not sure.
