I don't have one either!! I've found 2 hooks but that's it. I'm almost halfway across and nothing. Stuck at the 2nd order.

I'm just about where you are on the grid and I still don't have it. I have gotten 2 hooks and that's it. Very frustrating again!

You shouldn't have to be this far into the board before getting a critical piece to progress in the game. 

Hello! The Tackle Box is in the game 🙂

I managed to locate it in the top row - I'm not certain if yours will be in the same spot, but it is indeed in the game - just keep breaking blocks.

Coral Secrets game right now does not seem to have a way to get to the fishing tackle box to create the items that are needed to fill the sea star order.  The only item in the sequence is the fishing pole.  This happened during the Treasure Trove game last time.  It's frustrating that there doesn't seem to be any quality control oversight when these games are launched.
