Re: Merge Academy - Won't save progress

Every time I run out of energy the game resets to the beginning board and nothing is saved Tried several times to buy energy and it the store in this games shows my gems at 0 even though my count elsewhere is over 1000, This is very frustrating. I been going in and out for 2 days and it has reset every time but one. it saved once but when my energy level went to 0 and I left the special game it had reset again. jlanio.

I am also having issues with Merge since they introduced the treasure trove inside the game it will not save and exit ANY PROGRESS. It is like a repeating loop. On top of that there is no way to report problem.
