Why am I having problems getting into merge I can claim prizes and go into store . I can also load the new candy page and collect everything in there but come to go into main game. And I’m stuck on l...

Hi lynnr67​,

Thank you for sharing what you've already tried. As Merge Academy is loading on your iPhone but not on your Lenovo tablet, it sounds like a device or browser issue. 

Could you give these few steps a go?

  • Clearing your browser cache,
  • Closing other tabs and apps,
  • Updating your browser,
  • Loading the game again to test it.
