Re: No Pogo Games Are Working

I have been a member of Pogo for 20+ years and have never had a problem like this before. Merge, farm merge and monopoly sudoku have not/will not load for the past couple weeks and it is becoming very discouraging to me since I have been a member for so long. I have gone out of pocket to add more ram to my computer to try and solve this problem per your problem-solving page and have even updated edge and still nothing. Could you please address this problem quickly as I am an impatient 75 year old women.

I'm 70 and POGO (20+) is my relaxer and fun, but I too, get so frustrated when you ask questions/help/problems/not working and get blown off time after time. I asked a week ago why I wasn't getting credit for the bonus merges (I was only getting them with tools) for animals, plants, trees, and rocks. At that time I had 11/ 20, now 12/20. Whee! Still haven't heard from POGO nor have they fixed my issue. It's not because I don't play this game enough. I went up from rank 27 to 28 and filled 2 (maybe 3) stickers books. My favorite game but it's looking like no badge for me!

I agree with you I can't load any of the games, and it happens to be my 3 favorite games, I am so sick of this I'm about ready to cancel my membership I have spent a lot of money on these games. I couldn't finish the challenge last night on merge academy and therefore lost a lot of coins and energy. fix this quick or loose me.
