Merge Madness continues

i have the same issue

i now use my energy, then collect the gifts just so I don't lose the 100 energy. I can collect everything except from the trash can.

Having problems with Merge Madness too!  In my case, I can't get the game to load.   The bar gets to approximately 75% and stops.  I have refreshed the game, rebooted my computer to no avail.

Trying to complete a challenge, not sure if that's gonna happen with the problems!

have heard absolutely nothing.   i even took video proof for them so they can see what exactly is going on.

When I try to report this issue, it tells me to go to the forums. How do we fix this?

Pogo owes us many extra Energy Credits and at this point at least a free month of membership.

I have not been able to collect anything from the trash can for at least 3 days.  The underlying screen has a msg that states Progress cannot be saved.  When I return to the playing screen I usually have sufficient energy to play for a while and it is alwas the same amount.  This all started when there was a weird glitch on the screen when attempting to collect energy fom the trash can.  I can complete levels and collect those rewards.  

I just finished with a tech support person who told me that the developers said there were no issues. Then they checked this chat and found all these messages and said they would send this up. Who knows when it might be fixed. 

I thought I was doing something wrong when tumble bees wasn't giving me credit. so it is two games not working.

Same. Can't get money or energy from Trash can.  Get error message that progress cannot be saved. Energy does not regenerate while game is closed.
