Hi there! That is rather unusual. Currently, I am not seeing that on my end at the moment, however I did notice that two other users liked your comment, which suggests they might be facing the same problem as well.
If you're a Club Pogo Member, we did receive an email today from Pogo_Spike notifying us that we've been awarded the "King of the Treasure Appreciation Badge."
My best advice anytime Pogo is not acting quite right is to log out and follow a few basic troubleshooting steps > Pogo Troubleshooting Guide | EA Forums - 10424297
Because we play on a browser-based gaming site - browsers can get bogged down + need updating every 2-4 weeks. There is a good chance that a quick clean up can get things running smoothly again. Clearing out your cache and cookies, checking for browser updates and restarting your device gives our devices a clear pathway to speak with Pogo servers.
If the troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, please reach out to EA Help so they can look into your account directly → Pogo – Official EA Help support Just sign in with your Pogo credentials and scroll down to the bottom until you see the Contact Us button to open a case and speak with someone anytime you need help!

same problem and i clean the history and cookies and their is no emails in there everything has been deleted

Given the number of folks experiencing this same issue, it would seem the issue is not with users but with something on EA/pogo's end. Could someone responsible -- i.e. not the AI 'mechanic' -- look into this please?
