One important note regarding the timeline, the badges you are referencing from January through August of 2022 and February of 2023, date back a few years ago now. While EA Help will absolutely do their best to investigate, recovering account specific data from that far back may require a significant amount of time and research. Please be patient with the process and provide as much detail as possible when you open your case!
Regarding Windows 10
I also noticed you are currently on Windows 10 and wanted to mention respectfully that Windows 10 reached its end of support on October 14, 2025 and is now considered a legacy operating system. This means it no longer receives free security updates, performance improvements or gaming optimizations which can affect your overall Pogo experience over time. As a player myself, I highly suggest upgrading to Windows 11, which was launched on October 5, 2021. This upgrade is beneficial not only for Pogo but also for enhancing your overall safety, security, and performance.
