Missing Pottery wheel in the Merge coal mine

With the issues in the coal mine we had with the game restarting my pottery wheel is missing. I am not able to complete the orders.

Hi folks,

We have an update on the make-good Pogo_Sconnies mentioned in this service update.

Pogo has awarded all players who participated in the Treasure Trove event 50 energy units. Please keep an eye out for those. If they aren't appearing right away, try clearing your cache real quick to sync things up. That tends to help any stuck items arrive.

We'll *wrap up this thread now as the event has ended and the make-good has been awarded. If you have any other points, issues, or feedback, we'd love to hear from you. Feel free to create a new thread for a specific topic or issue if there is not already an active one for it.

Pogo should give all users who attempted to play Merge Academy and lost credit for over 24 hours some type of gift of points or credits in the game. Not some useless Pogis either.

I'm still having issues with Merge Academy. last night I uncovered all three pieces of the chest in treasure trove. It should have gone to the game, but when I went to get it today to open it, it wasn't there. Nothing, I got nothing. I spent approximately $70 so I could finish the game due to not being able to play for at least 24 hours because my progress would disappear, so I was using the same 100 over and over. Without the chest and all the rewards this was senseless. I want a refund or the rewards I should have gotten. I am so tired of these games and their glitches. I tired of not being able to speak to someone when this BS happens. I'm tired of these games not being tested before released
