Missing rewards from Pogi Pass - Ignara Flamekeeper

I am completely at a loss for words.

How can an ongoing issue with 450 replies yesterday suddenly be labeled "solved," only for us to be told today that we just don't understand how basic rewards work?

To brush aside hundreds of detailed player reports by implying we just don't realize we only get one reward is a baffling refusal to acknowledge a clear technical issue. This isn't a misunderstanding by the community; it's a failure to address a persistent bug that was prematurely closed out yesterday.

(And yes, AI helped me tone down my original response to meet the community guidelines.)

I want to make sure you're aware that the pass gives you a choice of rewards; you don't get everything on it.

If you continue to notice a missing reward after claiming it, please share a photo and specify the rewards you claimed from the pass that you didn't receive. 

The photo will help us pinpoint exactly what doesn't seem to be releasing correctly, if it's not a matter of the choice you are making.

Same thing happened to me again.  I finished level 44 of Ignara the Flamekeeper and did not receive the 20 crates I chose as my reward.  I reported this problem several weeks ago as well as not getting the daily sign in rewards credited to the game.  I wish they would fix the problems with their games that we pay to play.  i am getting very tired of winning rewards and then not receiving them in the games they were to be credited to.

I did not get the energy I claimed for Pogis earned in the Ignara the Flamekeeper constellation at Tier 35. In addition, it's been almost a month since I was NOT awarded the crates and energy I earned for completing the sticker book for the same game. I posted about that in the forum on September 18th! You folks should be more conscientious about tending to club members' concerns regarding technical matters. From what I can tell, other members complained about this problem a week before I encountered the same issue. Can't you folks at Pogo make an effort to resolve this for those of us players who have not yet been reimbursed the 3500 energy and 2750 crates? Come on now!

Just to share my experience, I claimed 5 crystals, but did not see them added to my total until I exited FMV and came back.
