Monopoly Sudoku - Unable to collect Rent

When playing Monopoly Sudoku almost every time I return to the game and go to collect my rent it states an error message and I loose the dollars that I should have received,

Monopoly Sudoku gives error message and won't collect rent; opening daily treasure chest gives $0; Money earned by playing disappears when game is reloaded

I've been having the same issue for almost a week. I posted on here but no reply from EA. Guess they really don't care if they lose more paying players.
