Monopoly Sudoku Chance Card Amounts

A couple of months ago the amount for the chance cards decreased. My daily target was 12 million and I'd win 1,7 million prox for the lottery chance card. Then the top amount dropped to 700K with all other cards decreasing as well. But nothing changed with the daily target. I assume this was reported although I don't see it. I was waiting for a resolution but not sure that will happen on its own. I used to play more often but it is now too difficult to hit the daily target. Can anyone shed some light?
