I can't upgrade hotels because of the error message discussed before. I have found out it doesn't count any of my winnings at all BUT yet takes all my power ups used (2nd chance, Double earnings at end). I'm owed about $40 in gems and should be way past my current level. It has happened multiple times. Please refund me $40 and 20 power ups of 2nd chance cards, and Double Earnings cards ASAP.
