Just popping in to let you know we did pass this on, and thank you to everyone who shared some extra info to help with that. We haven't yet heard any updates on this, but we'll do our best to keep you posted when we do.

EA_Lanna maybe you could "pass this on" to the Pogo team once again? No one there has even acknowledged that issues exist, much less offer a fix or compensation. Players are losing virtual money, real money (from gems spent), and valuable time!
