Monopoly Sudoku is stuck

Yesterday I was working on an easy sudoku and it stopped. Went back in today and it's still stuck exactly where the problem started. Can't finish the Day at the Fair challenge with this being stuck.

tile hero will not play, timer is stuck in a loop
It says it is going to be 30 minutes for life to be added every time I load the game. It has been several days now and it just keeps resetting the timer to 30 minutes every time.

Day at the fair treasure hunt last clue
The last clue in this event will not open. The picture is very bunched up in the upper part of the space. Please fix this, or at least, give me both clues. Thank you.
