Hello! To clarify for full information - is the below information correct? Also, which version of windows are you using 10 or 11?
Pogo username: vanmom21
Device Type : PC
OS version: Windows
Browser: Chrome
Game: Monopoly Sudoku
Error messages or Error Images: Yes, bug logger with Pogo Spike messages - see picture
What Troubleshooting steps you've already completed: Tried clearing catch and rebooting.
vanmom21 is still on windows 10. I am also still on windows 10 and able to play the game. Vanmom21 still experiencing the error message and unable to get past collecting the rent

Ok, try updating to Windows 11. Use the steps in this guide to update it:

Thank you EA/POGO. Monopoly suduko is up and running for vanmom21 as of today. Whatever needed to be fixed was fixed. P.S. Appreciate the messages and potential fixes. Unfortunately our computers are not candidates for the Windows 11 upgrade. Will be purchasing new computers before the holidays (we hope). Stay safe
