Monopoly Suduko Problems

This really sux, I have the same issues. What good is a game of the month if you cannot play?

 This last week I haven't received any points to stay active I just noticed when I do play for example The daily I finish it and then come back next day and my total score starts where I STARTED THE DAY BEFORE I keep getting ERROR ERROR ERRORS all the time I have completed 128 along time ago just building points up Needless to say how many gems I have doubled up on my score and then be taken away the next day I was enjoying this game but now all pogo wants is for us to spend more on gems to loose and have nothing I'll give it a couple of days even tho its been over a week of this terrible mess for all and see if it gets fixed then.

Im having the same problem... the airplane wont open to go any further.. when i win enough to open the cash box it gives me no money at all.. it's not giving me no credits.. nothin.. if you get it figured out or help.. will you post it on here so the other people on here will know what to do to? thanks 

I have not been able to play monopoly suduko since September 1st. The game is so very slow to load, then when i open the actual  game it will not load. 

I also find it very difficult to contact pogo.

i have problems with other games . eg. I can open pogo bowl but cannot play it, same with jigsaw detective.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i havent been able to play monopoly suduko since September,, it is so very slow to load then when i hit play i get a blank card. i cannot play pogobowl either . it is the same thing page loads but cannot play.. also with jigsaw detective.. loads opens but cannot move pieces.

i am using microsoft edge.

i have followed the other help page that had me get re set the cookies.

i do find contacting you is difficult. any help would be appreciated

Constantly receiving the message "unexpected error occurred, please try again". And no credit is ever given for completing the daily challenge. I initially enjoyed this game but I have stopped playing it since it will not allow me to collect rents or match my daily challenge winnings. I have willingly spent GEMS playing this game but I will no longer play it until the problems are fixed. If they are nt fixed by the time of my membership renewal, I will drop my membership and find other game providers. Thank you!

I am not the only one having issues with Monopoly Suduko.  Sign into game says to collect and then says error. Played the entire game, shows the amount going up, but when I go out and come back in the tokens are GONE.  This has been going on for 3 weeks.  I have cleaned the browser, updated PC, and did everything else I could think of. THIS IS THE 2ND time I have sent the issue and never received a message.

ALSO - my email changed from [edit: email address removed] to [edit: email address removed] and it's still not correct on Pogo.  I have been playing since 2000 and never had such issues.  My user name is Tenadena2
