My send friends request is not working

Why is my "SEND" button not lighting up in order for me to send a "friend's request".  I have all the correct information, but unable to actually send the friend's request.  Thanks.

    Hello! There are 3 ways to send a friend's request. 

    In the search column

    When you click on their profile picture from here, a pop-up box will appear:

    You can also view their profile and send a request from here:

    If none of the options are working, it is possible the player has blocked a friend's request.
