I just finished the Solitaire Home Story daily tasks and when I clicked to go to claim the Free Reward (90x coins in Matching Moments), it said that I just purchased 10 NaN gems.
I have not purchased anything and want to make sure nothing was charge to my card on file.
I just had the same problem. This is the second time. Rather than click on something I'm not familiar with, I just exited the program. It would be nice if EA would respond.

am in middle of playing a game and get a big sign saying "You Bought NaN Gems" what on earth are they?
I havent lost any gems so what am I supposed to have Bought?? then it goes on to "Accept"
I cant accept something if dont know the cost! it wont let me continue the game, ugh
