No rooms available in Dice City Rollers
OK, this is my first try at this forum thingie. Been w/POGO since 2012 and can't find any tech support to date. I usually brush off minor glitches, but I've been trying for 3 days to join a Dice City...

I can’t find a room to join either. I try to start a room but no one joins. It’s been a week for me.
The glitch with NO Auction rooms available in DCR has been going on ever since they put the game up, it's just been worse the past month. There are NO AUCTION rooms showing AT ALL and one has to sit there and hit the refresh button for up to an hour before a room MAY show up. And no, these rooms are NOT full, most only have 2 or 3 people in them...because they are INVISIBLE to friends. Non-auction rooms show plenty or rooms and players, but auction rooms are blank. Furthermore, there is NO customer service whatsoever...no Live Chat, No Email and they will not answer the phone. Even if one is lucky enough, after refreshing for an hour, to find a room, if you leave that room for any reason, you will not be able to get back in as it will not show and you are back to hitting REFRESH. Despite numerous complaints with this Auction issue, they ignore it and do not fix it. Know why? Because DCR is not a money-maker for them, no power ups, no GEMS required, so they don't make money. I plan to file a complaint with the B.B.B.
I hadn't thought about that, but you are absolutely right. Ever since the change over from the old Pogo format, almost all the games require you to purchase power ups with gems in order to have any hope of winning a game. We don't have near the game selection we used to have probably because they can't figure a way to make them profitable for EA. I am about to drop POGO because it has become a monthly money drain. The games are designed to make you frustrated because you can't win them so you purchase a power up just to be able to win. I am now forcing myself not to purchase any more gems or buy any more power ups. Trying to find another game platform and drop POGO. It's a shame because I used to love POGO with the wide variety of fun games to play. Not anymore.
I miss all the chats. Epecially Texas Hold'em So many games gone or changed so much, Lottso that they just are not fun anymore.
I agree. The old POGO was so much better. More games, chat was so much better and easier, the games were much better. I miss the original Lottso, the poker games, the arcade games, the other casino games . . . just everything was better. Fewer glitches too, and what glitches did arise, they fixed them quickly. The games they brought forward into the new format are not as good as they used to be either. I just miss the OLD POGO and all the games. I miss the online chats while playing - we had so much fun. I am really thinking about dropping POGO and seeing if I can find another game site.
I have a case and still cannot see any games to play but when I go back to my case it say resolved but it not they want are money to play but they don't care they want us to play there silly games that are not worth playing
