None of the POGO games will load

Since 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, 9/24/25 (EST), none of the games on POGO would load.

I've completed all the troubleshooting checks twice. When I open a game, I get either a white, blue, or black screen. There is no timer to indicate that it's working, just a blank screen. I play on a desktop and use the Firefox browser. So I am not sure if it is the game or the browser at this point. Twelve hours later, it's still not working!

  • Thank you for responding. I apologize for the delayed response. I did discover that my internet speed had decreased substantially. I had to have my ISP reset my Ethernet and WIFI. Afterwards, everything performed flawlessly! I didn't see this as an option in the comment threads, so it might be a worthy subject to discuss within the community.

    Hello! Sorry to hear you're experiencing this frustrating problem, no fun. 

    I am on the Pogo website myself and do not see blank (black), white or blue screens. That being said this helps narrow down the issues of what could be causing this. The different colored screens across games suggest Firefox may be partially loading the pages but something is blocking or breaking the games from fully loading. 

    You stated you are playing on a desktop and use Firefox as a browser; would you mind sharing if you are using Windows or an Apple computer?

    Thank you for responding back and you make an excellent point often overlooked, most people do not test their internet speed. At times you can see the suggestion of power cycling in threads (which I suggest doing at least once to every other month > More Users = More Strain). However, power cycling will not clear stale routing tables, congestion paths, push firmware updates or configuration changes (full backend reset).
