NOT BUYING THE Constellation again!

I reached level 70 on the last constelation and never got credit for all the games and badges I have done for 2 days - it is frozen and to me the only reason I do that is earning the extra helps for the games.  That is not right and i have been purchasing them for a year now.   Also other games are not loading - Tile Hero - Matching Moments and also Garden Blast.   What is going on?  I have a new computer so I know it is not on my side and I can play other gaming sites with no issues only here.
