Not getting any points for playing Lucky Cat Bingo

The tokens on Lucky Cat Bingo have not been credited to the challenges (Event and now Monthly) for over a week now - why?

I reported this on Jan 28th it not giving me my credits for gam played. Have had NO response  yet.

How can you complete a challenge if you dont get the points? And this game is Feb. game of the month

Neither am I. I am also ticked off

I also am not getting any credit for bingos on Lucky Cat and certainly no tokens.  It is very frustrating to play over and over again and not receive any credit when this is a challenge game.

I have the same problem, and I cannot get more than 2 cards.

I figured it out. You must click the right arrow (red) to get to the third cat head. Then, you choose "tokens," and you will get credit for the game.  It should read "tokens only".
