does anyone listen to complaints and address them??????? if things don't straighten out, cancel my subscription.....

No-one here to listen to complaints and if they do they just dont care anymore...i`m sick of it. so you are not alone
I agree. Ever since they added a number of new games, and took away games many liked, it's just not the same. And NOW, they can't seem to keep the new games working without glitches, GEESH! Call me NOT HAPPY. Wonder why they are not offering refunds???
