Not receiving verification codes to sign in

Verification codes are sent by EA to confirm your identity when signing in. If you are not receiving these codes, here are a few things to know!
You have options for how you receive your code: EA allows us to receive verification codes via email or text message. If one method isn't working, you can easily switch to the other (or have both). This setting is managed through your EA account at EA Help. It is not available on the Pogo website. To view your EA Account, simply log in with your Pogo credentials here → Pogo – Official EA Help support and select Manage My Account.
Quick tips:
- Check your spam or junk folder for emails
- Confirm the email address linked to your EA account is current and accessible
- Check with your email provider to ensure emails from EA are not being filtered
