Hello! Sorry to hear about the challenges you are facing with the login process. As stated in the posting above, please review the following steps.
If you are not seeing the verification emails from EA check the following:
- Make sure the emails are not being put in your Spam Folder
- Check any folders with rules applied, to see if the emails are being filtered out
- Check your email security setting to make sure the emails are not being blocked
- Verify there are no outages with your email provider.
