Pogo - Quinns Aquarium - Missing helmets

I also have a problem with Quinn's, the Deep sea shows I am at 20/60 but I have only 2 deep sea helmets (blue), I had only 1 badge, the garbage can so far and don't have enough to move on. I still am at the beginning of the story line.  I tried the clearing the temp files, log out of Pogo, manually signed into Pogo, nothing has changed. Any other suggestions to get my game back to normal?  Thank you.

An update of the Deep sea, I now have 32/60 showing at the main page;  only 2 deep sea blue helmets showing, with part 33 on it, i have only 2 badges now, the garbage can and the father's phone call.  I tried clearing my cache, log out of Pogo, signed in again, all my files are current updated, and am still missing the blue helmets to move on in the game.  I want to know how I will be able to finish the deep sea set if I can't get more blue helmets.  Attaching updated screen shots.  Please help, thank you.

try agin  try again. get the  five helmets  and  use and   keeps on saying try again    failed to  save    try again  fail to save  over and over     and no help on it at all 

Same for me.  I started this level and went to level 15 and it wouldn't advance and started over.  Now it's showing 60/60 and letting me accumulate "helmets" to finish this scene, but when I get to 5 and try to use to clear the nest challenge, it gives me a message that my progress couldn't be saved and bumps me out of the game.  I tried this 2 times and it did the same for both tried.  Totally frustrating that I have now played 25 extra games and still haven't finished this level - and worse than that, it's not letting me finish since it shows I've accumulated 60/60.  GRRRRR
