Pogo - Quinns Aquarium - Missing helmets

I have the problem where I have completged all the levels (60/60) but it will not let me advance through the end of the section. I have two helmets, and if I play another level, and show 3, then go to main menu and return I only have two. If I play on until I have 5 helmets I then get the "Unable to save" error.

This followed the original problem where it was not giving any medals. I had completed 15 levels in that mode.

I tried a chat with support, who told me they could not award my missing medals. Very frustrating!

And Incognito mode on Chrome had zero impact.

You should find this is working now. As of this morning I was able to complete the section by playing random levels. I changed nothing. They fixed things at their end...

I also have a problem with Quinn's, the Deep sea shows I am at 20/60 but I have only 2 deep sea helmets (blue), I had only 1 badge, the garbage can so far and don't have enough to move on. I still am at the beginning of the story line. I tried the clearing the temp files, log out of Pogo, manually signed into Pogo, nothing has changed. Any other suggestions to get my game back to normal? Thank you.
