Pogo Canasta Problems

I play Pogo Canasta daily.  This morning, I started playing a game and in the first 5 minutes, my game freezes up and I have to refresh.  After I refresh it works about another minute or two, then it freezes up again and says I need to refresh.  I refresh and it blows me out of the game and I can't get back in.   This morning my rating started at 1020.  I have played two games today and been blown out of both of them.  Now my rating is 908.  You need to fix the issues with canasta.  I can't complete a game because pogo keeps freezing on me and I keep having to refresh and then it blows me out of the game.  It is not my computer as my computer is fairly new.  It is not my computer issue as I know other players in pogo canasta who are having the same problem.

    Hi @Kdeorio55 

      

    Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

       

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game    
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)  
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates    
    • Try with your Browsers Incognito/Prive Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)  
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games   

    If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know what device and browser your using, as well as share a Screenshot or video clip of the Error as well as a DxDiag(PC) / System Info (Mac) of your device and we, can share this with the team.

    @Kdeorio55 Today is Friday (6/18) and I just tried to play a game of Canasta in the 4-player room...the game is still freezing up and kicking me out before the game ends. I got booted this morning about mid-way in a 4-player game and I could not get back in the game. I hope your still working on this problem...

    I have tried to play canasta for 2 days now and it won't go past 80% so it won't load

    @Kdeorio55 I FIND THAT THE PLAYERS WITH THE HIGH RANKINGS, CHEAT LIKE FREAKING CRAZY - I AM SO SICK OF IT - READY TO TOTALLY SHUT DOWN MY MEMBERSHIP - SICK OF THEM JUST STARTING A GAME OF CANASTA AND THEN BLOWING ME OUT OF THE WATER - OBVIOUSLY CHEATING

    POGO CANASTA IS A RIGGED GAME - I HAVE NOT WON A GAME NOW IN 2 WEEKS AND I PLAY EVERY DAY - THE HIGH RANKING PLAYERS ARE EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE, START THE GAME AND JUST CLEAR THE TABLE WITHOUT ME EVEN GETTING A CHANCE - IT IS SO OBVIOUS THEY ARE USING A CHEAT PROGRAM --- THIS IS SO OUT OF HAND - MAKES ME HATE THIS DAMN GAME - SO UNFAIR

    I completely agree I have been having the same problem. My rating is now 900 again.

    @dressrdr2021 I agree with you. I also play every day and get the same BS can't get a wild card to save my life and the players I am against go out before I can play a card. How do some people get 10 wild cards every single hand and I can't get one? I think they must have a cheat program. My rating has gone from 1100 to 900 because I can't win EVER.
