Pogo Canasta Problems
I play Pogo Canasta daily. This morning, I started playing a game and in the first 5 minutes, my game freezes up and I have to refresh. After I refresh it works about another minute or two, then it freezes up again and says I need to refresh. I refresh and it blows me out of the game and I can't get back in. This morning my rating started at 1020. I have played two games today and been blown out of both of them. Now my rating is 908. You need to fix the issues with canasta. I can't complete a game because pogo keeps freezing on me and I keep having to refresh and then it blows me out of the game. It is not my computer as my computer is fairly new. It is not my computer issue as I know other players in pogo canasta who are having the same problem.

Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after?
- Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game
- Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)
- Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates
- Try with your Browsers Incognito/Prive Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)
- Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games
