If you contacted EA Help and reported this issue that is another great step! Once you report an issue, the support team logs it, passes the information along internally, and then closes the case so they can move on to assist other players (keep in mind everything is tracked and monitored, including here in this forum). If you continue reaching out to EA Help, a new case will be created each time.
EA Help agents aren’t able to provide details about errors, development timelines, or upcoming fixes because that information is handled internally by the game’s development team.
Support teams typically only have access to information that has already been publicly released, so they can help with troubleshooting but can’t confirm unannounced issues or provide timelines. This is standard practice across most companies because it protects internal development processes and follows security, and ethical guidelines.
At this time, we need to watch for updates here or on Pogo Forums for further direction and statements.
