To help things sync up, try: 1️⃣ clearing your browser's cache and cookies > 2️⃣ closing down all tabs and windows > 3️⃣ then relaunching the browser to log back in.

Hello! There seems to be some ongoing confusion about the hashtag issue appearing in Pogo chat, so here is a quick clarification.
What’s happening
The Pogo Team is fully aware of the chat issue affecting both Club and non‑Club members, across multiple devices and browsers. This is not caused by anything on your end.

At this time, we’ve been asked to wait for further updates while the team continues working on it.

Important note
The hashtags do not mean you are doing anything wrong, using bad words, or violating chat rules. It is simply a technical issue.

All new information will be added to the main post at the top of this thread as soon as it becomes available.
It appears the development team is incompetent. You may want your technical team to repair the lack of chat availability instead. That is if they are any better.
More attention should be paid to your customers wants than to jacking up your revenue.
No chat for how long now?
This site continues to retire old games that were relaxing to play and chat and replacing them with games one must continue to pay to play, and we can't read hashtag.
Might want to step up your level of customer service because you don't have any.
I agree with you. I don't understand if this has been reported and they are working on it, why no updates. It has been going on for weeks and no updates. This doesn't make any sense. What is the team doing to fix this issue.
My chat has been messed up for several days now while many peoples chat are not! I don't get it, I mean why some peoples are messed up while others aren't makes no sense!
