It will not allow me to select a space in the puzzle nor select a number. It makes a sound when choosing either, but nothing happens. All other games such as canasta, and jungle work fine. I play on an iPad Pro. AND why is there not a direct way to contact support when paying to play?? Or in this instance paying and not being able to play?
The daily challenge is not working, it is not updating since last week’s challenge and requiring me to use a Streak Saver every day so not to loose my 730 day streak….please look into this issue,, I should not have to use my diamonds to to keep my streak when I’m signing into the dame daily.

☑️ Apple released iPadOS 26.4 on March 24, 2026, and it is currently rolling out to all supported iPads, including every iPad Pro model. Updates appear at different times depending on region and specific device type — an update can affect just one particular game even if everything else works normally.
☑️ Windows also received updates, including a major Patch Tuesday release and an emergency out‑of‑band fix. The most recent updates landed between March 10–23, 2026, with several important bug fixes and new features.
March 10, 2026 — Patch Tuesday (KB5079473) Windows 11 versions 24H2 and 25H2.
March 21, 2026 — Emergency Out‑of‑Band Update (KB5085516)
March 22–23, 2026 — Additional Emergency Fix Update: 2026‑03 (KB5085516) — same OOB package, but highlighted due to widespread app failures.
When updates occur, they can reset/change the configuration of our devices. After updates and at least once a week because some updates occur behind the scenes on our devices without our knowledge - please make sure to follow the Pogo Troubleshooting Guide, there is also another for Apple Devices for additional steps you can try.

Before replying to you I played several games of Pogo Daily Sudoku and it is currently working as designed on the Pogo website. Please take a moment to review the troubleshooting guides mentioned above, it is possible you may be in the process of receiving these updates.
