I have had this problem for 3 days now. I have tried everything and it's still not fixed. It's very annoying.

I do too and everytime I go to the message center there is no message but there is still a red mark! Let me know how this gets resolved. Thanks!!!!

I have a red 1 on my messages but when I open them, there is no message there. How do I get rid of the 1? I tried refreshing my browser and quitting it. Nothing gets rid of the 1.

What do you do when your mailbox seems frozen? It still says one new message even though I have opened everything and don't have a new message.
