Pogo Games loading to black screen
Since January 8, 2024, the games do not load, but an only black screen appears instead of a game. I have Windows 10. I tried to load the games on 3 different browsers - Firefox, Google Chrome and Edge. On Firefox, this red text appears on the black screen

I've cleaned out Cache/Cookies.
On my very old laptop with Windows 7 all games load without a problem.
On January 9, I already reported the issue in the Pogo forum, but no one paid attention. Can you please fix it, its is obvious that I am not the only one experiencing this issue and it is on large scale users.

By the way, yesterday and today (it happened earlier too) the forum also does not load on windows 10 latest version. Instead this inscription appears "504 Gateway Time-out".

Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after?
- Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game
- Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)
- Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates
- Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)
- Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)
- Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games
