Pogo gems

Got my pogo account recovered but I can't access my gems! Keep getting an error.msg. bought new gems but can't access them either!

    Hi @-THE-DUCHESS 

    To confirm if you are missing Gems you've recently purchased, Try waiting 24 hrs for the payment to complete. 

    After you can clear your web browsers cookies/cache to confirm if the gems are on your account. 

    If not, please reach out to our support with your Purchase Information for further assistance.

@-THE-DUCHESS can someone please help. I sat for over 1/2 hour waiting for chat to respond which said 11 min. wait but then kept renewing the wait time.
