Have a friend in South Africa having trouble signing in to pogo any help please

Hi all,I have trying for hours to log into my paid Pogo account and I keep getting the same page to log in. I have been a paid member for almost 20 years and I am nothappy with this problem. Any help would be appreciated.Sharon

Hey there, @abch31QS2NK882. Just to confirm, you're being redirected to the login page after trying to log in? That's no fun. ☹️ One thing you can try is to log into another EA website to see if it allows you to log in. For example, try logging into https://profile.ea.com. From there, if you're able to log in okay, please try going to Pogo.com to see if it let you in from there. If it's still redirecting you to the login page on other EA websites in addition to Pogo, please try clearing your browser cache and then trying again. @EA_Arrenai Thank you for your help. I have tried a different browser and cleared my cache and still no luck. I have also gone into pogo.com and no luck there. I get no error message just the same page to log in continuously.

Hi all,

Hey there, @abch31QS2NK882. I'm just checking in on one point: Did you try the other EA website ( https://profile.ea.com )? If so, did the login there behave the same way with reverting back to the login page again?

@EA_Arrenai I did go into profile.ea.com and it shows I am logged in there but from there I can't get into Pogo. I have also rebooted to see if this helps but no luck. In the 20 years I have been a paid member I have not this problem. Again thank you for your help.

Generally when you're already logged in on one EA service, the rest of them will automatically recognize the login.

What happens when you try incognito / private browsing mode in your browser? Does it behave the same way for you?

@EA_Arrenai I guess being logged into EA service doesn't help me get into Pogo. I haven't tried private browsing mode as I am not sure that is the problem. I am getting really upset on why this is happening today as yesterday when I opened Pogo it opened and I didn't have to sign in, it when to my home page.

@abch31QS2NK882 Again today I still cannot get in Club Pogo. If I can't get into a game I pay for then I will have to cancel my account. I would appreciate any help on this matter as I have been a paid player for almost 20 years. Thank you.
