Hello, when I am trying to read the pogo member helping member forums i keep frequently getting 504 Gateway Time-out I was wondering what is causing that and can it be fixed?

Checking now I can load the Pogo Forums as intended: https://games-forum.pogo.com/?silentAuthAttempted=true If you continue getting a bad gateway error, would it be possible to test on a different internet network, or another browser, or another device to see if this continues? Also, if you haven't we could try the following troubleshooting: Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in) Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games Thanks!

@KermittheFrog99 YESSS! Right now, at 8:30 EST, I have tried, golly, maybe 10 times, and all i get is the 504 Gateway Timeout. I am looking for notes on Merge Academy which i need right this minute [looking for item gem values to make space decision] aargh.
Gateway Timeout happens every day throughout a day, although eventually I get through. This morning, not at all.
The Forum is always terribly slow in responding even when I am in the Forum clicking on links.
Restarting the server is one thing, maybe fixing what's wrong would help more?
Wondering too if this can be fixed? THANKS!!

Constant 504 Gateway Time-out
I cannot get in to https://games-forum.pogo.com/ so MANY times...yesterday never got in at all. Today again same problem. Can EA PLEASE fix this incessantly repeating problem of the 504 Gateway Time-out? This error occurs at trying to access the forum and also within the forum when clicking links to posts too.
When I get into the forum, the Merge Academy hints and discussions are helpful.

Can we try clearing your cookies and cache and check if you continue getting the error message?

Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)

Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates,

Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates

Your suggested routine does NOTHING. It is your servers! Doing a server restart is one thing, but your software needs updating/fixing PLEASE. Wondering too how many bounces through server land it takes to communicate with the forum servers? Are the servers getting hits from outside that make response time unable to answer real users? How long since the security patches have been updated?
I routinely clear my cache, cookies, bounce Firefox on my MAC. this has no effect on the response time from your side. Here the response just waits and waits and waits, until it gives up waiting and throws out the error.
Just before answering you here, I did finally get into the forum. I found a question that I was writing out a detailed answer to some user...I hit submit. And waited. And waited. Guess what? ERROR. Gateway error. My detailed answer completely lost. Thanks al lot. While I am trying to help out. Now I cannot get back in at all. Getting two errors: 504 Gateway Timeout AND 502 Bad Gateway, nginx.
How long before you fix this please?
Your pogo forum will get more traffic if users could get in! The forum is helpful. For a new game, Merge Academy, lots of users have questions, especially since there are no useful manual and instructions.

I am currently getting 504 Gateway Time-out when I try to go to the member helping member forums I don't think its peoples devices I have seen that other people have reported getting the gateway error also in a thread on the member helping member forums when I am able to access it

Getting the gateway error now. Wanted to add something to my post about my membership badge. Pogo is awarding the wrong year to me. This error has been going on quite a bit throughout the day for a week or more. It doesn't matter which device or browser, have tried chrome, firefox, safari. I have also tried my ipad and it still happens. A 504 server error should have nothing to do with peoples devices, it's a server issue that isn't responding on the hosting site.

I've been getting the gateway error for a week. I've cleared my cache and my device and browser (tried both Chrome and Edge) are both up to date.

The Gateway thing is bad again I have not been able to get on the pogo forums at all today
