Re: Poker Town - Season Pass - Can't collect Rewards - Error

Poker Town ended the season a day early.  I purchased a new prize pass after they ended the season (same day) for 150 gems.  

I received the following message about the season ending early "We want to sincerely apologize for the confusion around the Season Pass timing. We previously communicated that the Season would be extended, but shortly after, the Season ended earlier than expected.
We understand how frustrating this was, and we appreciate your patience. To make it right, we’ve awarded all affected players the Season Pass along with 4,000 Coins.
Thank you for being a valued part of the Pogo community—we truly appreciate your support."

(1) I never received the Season Pass as stated above as I was looking for the movie director clapboard that I was 1 day away from when they ended it early.

(2) I never received a refund of my 150 gems for the additional gems I spent to purchase another prize pass.
