January 31st 2026 Mine isn't either. I've cleared my cache and changed browsers. It's the only game not loading. It's been a few days now.

Mine is still not working... the energy garbage can is not completing the purchase, Somehow I have lost energy and items on my board. This has been going on for a week! I open the game and it starts with 285 energy!!! I want my gems back! This is why I won't renew my membership I've had since 2000!!!
I have an item on all 5 crystal requests on the left that does not have a generator, so, I am stuck with the game without much progress. see attached
All I get is a black screen! It has been like this for a week

I have restarted my computer, cleared the cache/cookies, tried using a different browser but all I get is the black screen when I try to enter the game. This has been happening since the previous game challenges. MY device is a HP Pavilion 550-127c and I am using the current google chrome browser.

If you are still running into issues with Merge Acamdy not loading correctly please let us know the following:
- Screenname:
- What Device are you using?
- Which web browser do you play on?
- When did this first start?
- Do you get an error message at all?
- Screenshot of how your game appears...
- Please share a DxDiag file if possible

I wanted to check if this is still happening?
If so, When you have a moment could we start by giving the following steps a try?
- Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
- Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
- Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
- Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to manually sign in
- Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)
Also, make sure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information?
- Screenname:
- What Device are you using?
- Which web browser do you play on?
- Do you get an error message at all?

Merge Academy along with the forums is not loading this evening.
