Pogo's Monopoly Sudoku not working on 2/22/24

I went to play Pogo's Monopoly Sudoku and a Limited Time Special for 25% off power ups appears.  You must click OK to progress to playing the game.  Once you do so, the following screen appears: DE...

    Hello @BugabooTeri 

     

    Thanks for taking a moment to let us know what you're running into with Pogo Games, When you have a moment could we start by giving the following steps a try? 

     

    • Try restarting your device and potential your internet equipment
    • Clear your Web browser Cookies/Cache
    • Check if your device has updates, as well as your web browser
    • Try using your browser Incognito Mode... This may require you to manually sign in
    • Try downloading and using a different web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox)

    Also, make sure your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games. If you continue running into issues playing your games, Would it be possible to get the following information? 

     

    • Screenname:
    • What Device are you using?
    • Which web browser do you play on?
    • Do you get an error message at all?

no error message, just wont allow you to proceed to the game after you click on the verification button regarding the current sale (now over).  Now that the sale's over, the game loads as it used to do.  Of course now I have to pay full price for my items - no 25% off; that stinks.

yes I cleared my cache/cookies - made no difference.
