I have earned up to level 21 and yet tonight my level was only showing me at 17. Also I have season pass and premium, both telling me I have prizes to claim, but everytime I try to, it tells me there is a technical error, please try again. Is this a bug? I at least want my level put back. It took a lot to get there.
