Poker Town Error with Season Change - June 2026

same thing is happening to me, how do we get it fixed? 

I have the same exact screenshots with the same problems.  Been complaining about this for a few weeks now.  No resolution!  I will not buy any premium thing for fear that when the new one ends, that won't be received either.   Fix the problem.   Some posts say that it is fixed. Well, not everyone's is fixed.  Mine sure isn't and I won't play until I can claim my prizes!

OK, it has been over 2 or 3 weeks now.  I am still getting the error and not being able to claim my items.

Okay, Poker Town is not giving  credit for coins won in pick up game.

I cannot claim my Poker Town Island Getaway Event prizes...Coins and Garden Path. I try to claim them every day several times a day and I keep getting the error message.

I still waiting for them to resolve the issue.  They have not corrected the issue at all.  My other complaint with Poker is the way it kicks you off with loss connection to server.  You lose your points and they don't compensate for that either.  It hard to get in touch to complain.  they do not make it easy at all.

I have the same problem.  Please fix the problem and help us to claim our rewards!

I still have the problem with Isalnd Getaway also.  I won 30,000 coins and it still has not given it to me.  Can EA look a my account and fix the glizch. would greatly appreciate it.
