Poker Town Error with Season Change - June 2026

I have not been able to get in to Poker Toen today or yesterday on my tablet.  

When the leaderboards refreshed on June 17th I was kicked from division 5 to division 1. Not happy at all. I have been on pogo 22 years and I am about done. Apparently a bug and no fix.  Has this happened to anyone else? It will not let me claim my winning rewards either.   It says there has been an error try again for two days now. Pretty sure I will not get help with that either.  :(   I am getting too old for do-overs.

Same thing happened to me when I went into Poker Town to play the challenge.  The error message came up and I could not claim my rewards.  Kept saying "try again" and that did not work.  They need to fix it !

I am so disappointed that I'm unable to play this game it keeps kicking me out .I don't know what's going on. Other people seem to still be playing why am I having such an issue

I continue to loose coins. Can't collect 25000 coins that I earned playing the Island Getaway.   This continues to be an issue.   I am very frustrated .   Nothing has, been done to fix this issue Can't talk to a real person. Just renewed my longtime membership I think I am having second thought about this.  I reall do not want to talk with AI.

Same thing has just happened to me.  I placed 2nd place in the Island Getaway Event Seaso and when I try to claim my prize, I recceive an error.
