Hello and thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear cards are not displaying for you in Poker Town, that shouldn't be happening.
Before replying I double checked the game on my end and opened the game chat to see if others may have been experiencing this as well. I was able to load and play Poker Town without issue and didn't see anyone mention cards not displaying as of yet.

Since you are on Firefox, a recent browser update may have changed a setting that is preventing the cards from rendering properly. Mozilla released Firefox 152.0.5 on July 7, 2026, which is the latest version for their users. Updates roll out in stages and by device, so it is also possible you have not received it just yet.
When updates occur, they can silently change the settings or configurations we were using before, which may affect how the game behaves.
Here are a few things to check:
Make sure Firefox is fully up to date → Menu → Help → About Firefox
Hardware Acceleration: Firefox updates can sometimes disable hardware acceleration, which is needed to display game graphics like cards.
To check:
- Open Firefox and click the three lines menu in the top right corner
- Go to Settings → General → scroll down to Performance
- Uncheck "Use recommended performance settings"
- Make sure "Use hardware acceleration when available" is checked ON
- Fully close Firefox completely and reopen it
Additional Steps:
- Clear your Firefox cache and cookies
- Disable any browser extensions temporarily, especially ad blockers
- Try a Different Browser: Try loading Poker Town in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
