Poppit Bingo Won't Load

Poppit Bingo won't load and I cannot continue on with the Christmas event as a result.  I get an error saying "oops, we are experiencing some issues.  please try again later."  But I don't see that anyone is working on fixing this.  I contacted customer service who sent me to the forums!  This is ridiculous!   The game is broken, fix it!  How is the forum the only way to report a broken game?  

For the record, I've tried clearing my cache, other browsers, a mobile device, and asked a friend.  Same result, so I know it's on Pogo's end, not mine.

    Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after? 

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game     
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)   
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates

    @danielle2198 Hi! I am sorry to hear that you are having an issue with poppit bingo... Unfortunately I do not have a solution to give you. I just went to pogo abiut 10 minutes ago and I was able to poppit bingo without any issues. Do you have AVG Anti-virus? If yes, there is an Anti-Track that you need to turn off!

    My poppit bingo STOPPED loading March 8th, 2023. Have done all the right things to try to correct this. I was in the middle of this month's challenge. Just waiting for some member to say GOOD LUCK and offering the same tired advice. I've been a member since 2003, not necessarily under the same sign in name so don't assume I don't know how to deal with POGO. This bingo thing is something that is affecting a number of members. The forum cannot help nor can someone that says "My bingo loaded just fine."

    Still a problem with POPPIT Bingo NOT loading. I did the whole reset routine and clearing the cache, etc. I do have AVG Anti-virus. I did turn off Anti-Track. I also tried in 2 different browsers. It still does not work. Very Frustrated.

    if it is an anti-virus issue why am I able to play every other game ?
