Am I the only person who can't get Poppit Bingo to load?

I can get it to load, BUT I get NO credit for golden balloons popped....no matter how many I pop or how many times I restart the game

Hello! You will need to use a powerup to turn the ballon golden, it is the solid gold, not the one with the circle around it as seen below.
