Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after?
- Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game
- Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)
- Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates
- Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)
- Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)

I followed all the steps you gave me, but they didn't work. That 9 did not change to a 0.

@EA_Illium Screenname as in the one I use for Club Pogo which is nickypoke? My device is an HP Chromebook. The model is 14a-na0021nr. It uses Chrome which is currently updated to version 119.0.6045.212 (Official Build) (64-bit).
I looked just now, nothing yet. Maybe you didn't get my info because I didn't tag you by mistake.

@EA_Illium Do you need anything else to help that bug? I have set my device to Chrome's current update.
